UTILITIES ORDER

READ THIS FIRST! -- Electrical Use Regulations --
Exhibitor is responsible for furnishing a standard 20 Amp/120V for equipment hook-up. For safety reasons, no multiple hook-ups are allowed with your 20 Amp/120V service. We reserve the righ to refuse to hook-up equipment which is in need of repair, or is determined to be unsafe. All equipment and cords must be listed and labeled by a nationally recognized standard testing laboratory (ie., U.L Approved) or have prior approval. We assume no liability for any damage to equipment. Any missing equipment will be charged to you at replacement cost. Wall and post outlets are NOT to be used by the exhibitor. Exhibitors found using power where no outlets have been ordered prior to the show are subject to one and one-half times the standard rate for outlets used.

WATER SUPPLY

Exhibitor is responsible for supplying a water trap if equipment requires one. All hook-ups are furnished with a 1/4" female standard end. No additional fittings are available.

Water supply is required to fill equipment prior to show. Continuous water supply and drainage is not available

FREIGHT SERVICE

Spielman's Event Services will receive crated / boxed shipments at our warehouse prior to the show and will provide 30 days storage, delivery to show booth, and return shipment of freight. Complete the following form for freight services.

ADVANCE SHIPMENTS

Fees include freight handling service to and from show (round-trip).
$45.00 per 100 lbs. Minimum 100 lb. charge per exhibitor for shipped materials. Mail envelopes delivered to booth @ $20.00 each.

INCLUDED FREIGHT HANDLING SERVICES*

Receiving at warehouse, delivery to show location, delivery to booth, removal and storage of empty packing material, delivery of packages ready for shipping to booth, outbound arrangements made with preferred shipper.

Boxed materials received for one-way drop off to display booth. Minimum charge $25.00 (1-3 boxes). More than 3 boxes, the Advance Shipments rate applies (see above).

FORKLIFT RATES

Spielman's Event Services will provide forklift and driver for transportation of oversized items to/from show floor/booth.

Forklift fee is billed at $50.00 per item.
Disclaimer: Forklift charges are provided with assumption of a forklift already present at the delivery location. If no forklift is available on location, Spielmans can provide one at additional charge. Please contact us for more information.

SKILLED LABOR INSTALLATION/DISMANTLE RATES

Spielman's Event Services will install and dismantle your booth before and after the show. Instructions must accompany the display to be set up.

INSTALLATION/DISMANTLE HOURLY RATES:

Regular Rate (8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Sat)
$39.50 per hour
Billed as actual man-hours.

Overtime Rate (After 5:00pm or Sun)
$59.50 per hour
Billed as actual man-hours.
