GENERAL INFORMATION

Booth Equipment

Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high teal and gray back drape, 3' high teal side dividers and a 7" x 44" one-line identification sign.

 

Exhibit Hall Carpet

The exhibit hall is NOT carpeted. Please order your individual booth carpet and padding through the Spielman's Event Services order form below.

VACUUMING

Utilities are provided by the Hotel. For your internet, wireless phone, and electrical needs, please send separate order form back to the Coralville Marriott Hotel and Convention Center.

FREIGHT SERVICE

 

Let Spielman's Event Services specialists handle all your shipping needs. Please note: for exhibitors bringing in their own freight, there is no usable dock. All display equipment, exhibit materials, and freight must be ground loaded and unloaded. Forklift order information is provided below.

 

Note: Coralville Marriott Hotel and Convention Center does not accept any freight or advance shipments, and does not provide storage for vendor materials ahead of the event. Vendors may bring what can be carried to their room or have valet. See shipping instructions below.

 

Spielman's Event Services will receive crated / boxed shipments at our warehouse prior to the show and will provide 30 days storage, delivery to show booth, and return shipment of freight. Complete the following form for freight services.

 

  • Shipments will be received with free storage beginning April 5, 2011.
  • Shipments will not be accepted after 3:00pm on Tuesday May 3, 2011.
  • Shipments arriving after 3:00pm on Tuesday May 3rd will not be guaranteed prompt show arrival and will be subject to special handling fees.

ADVANCE SHIPMENTS

Fees include freight handling at Spielman's warehouse, delivery to and from the show (round trip), crate and box storage, and post-show freight forwarding per vendor instructions.


$46.00 per 100 lbs.

Minimum 200 lb. charge per exhibitor for shipped materials.

Mail envelopes delivered to booth @ $20.00 each.

INCLUDED FREIGHT HANDLING SERVICES*

Receiving at warehouse, delivery to show location, delivery to booth, removal and storage of empty packing material, delivery of packages ready for shipping to booth, outbound arrangements made with preferred shipper.

Boxed and hand-carried materials received for one-way drop off to display booth. Minimum charge $32.00 (1-2 boxes). More than 2 boxes, the Advance Shipments rate applies (see above).

FORKLIFT RATES

 

Spielman's Event Services will provide forklift and driver for transportation of oversized items to/from show floor/booth. Forklift fee is billed at $100.00 per hour with a half hour minimum.

 

SKILLED LABOR AND INSTALL/DISMANTLE RATES

 

Spielman's Event Services will install and dismantle your booth before and after the show. Instructions must accompany the display to be set up.

INSTALLATION/DISMANTLE HOURLY RATES:

 

Regular Rate (8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Sat)
$54.00 per hour
Billed as actual man-hours.

Overtime Rate (After 5:00pm or Sun)
$81.00 per hour
Billed as actual man-hours.
